You got metiers coming at you from up, down, left, and right.
When they get close hit them with a parry and standem down.
(They're eyes/body will light up when they're close enough)

If you get hit don't worry pal you have 3 HP and have ways to heal.

For now all you can do is survive and go for a highscore.

Here is the controls plus gameplay information.

Light Parry: 
HOLD SHIFT 
PRESS W A S D ON TIME

Cannot whiff.

Heavy Parry:
W A S D FOR DIRECTION
PRESS SPACEBAR ON TIME

Wait after parry for Soul Charge.
Time just before being hit for a Perfect Parry.
Can whiff.

Soul Ultra:
ALT

Blasts every enemy currently in the room.
Can Perfect Parry.
On use -1 Health and -5 score per enemy hit, instead + 8 score per parryable enemy hit, instead + 15 score per Perfect parryable enemy hit.
If a Perfect Parry + 3 enemies killed, does not cost Health.
If a Perfect Parry + 4 enemies killed, bonus score + Full Heal.

Perfect Parry:
Faster Animation/Recovery.
Bonus score.

Score/Soul Meter:
Increases with kills/style,
Upon Score Level Up - Full Heal, Score Level * 1.1, resets internal score.
